Indoor Use

Stand-up exercises like squats do require proper ceiling heights when done indoors. The 92 inch and 94 inch models can be used indoors with stand ceiling heights of eight feet (96 inches). If you purchase a unit greater than 94 inches be aware that you would need to do any stand up exercises outdoors or in a location with a minimum ceiling height of 8.5 feet (102 inches). Anyone can use a KC that is oversized but you might bottom out (not quite get full end range of motion) if you use a unit smaller than the recommended sizing.
